A loyal, chivalrous and knightly MistClan warrior, Bearstone found Ashwhisker when he was briefly a loner post-earthquake when he had gotten separated and lost from the Clans. He had been hunting on what had become MistClan territory, but when he called himself an apprentice of NightClan, Bearstone took the lost young tom under his wing and brought him, as well as his siblings, Burdock-kit and Hollykit, back to MistClan, becoming an adoptive father to the three of them. He also had his own son, Stagheart, who became Ashpaw's mentor, but near the end of Ashpaw's apprenticehood, Stagheart was killed during a border skirmish on the GorgeClan-MistClan border, which Bearstone took hard and has blamed GorgeClan ever since, holding a grudge against them. (Bearstone is based off of Lord Lonato from Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes)

Born in the first litter to LightningClan couple Comfreynose and Boarstep alongside her brother, Palekit. They were born in leaf-bare, which was unkind to them and took the life of young Palekit. When she became an apprentice, her parents had another litter: Nightkit and Wingkit. The earthquake hit when the three of them were warriors, and Boarstep lost his life during the tragedy. Wingfeather had taken a mate prior to the catastrophe, who was joining MistClan, so zie followed him there, leaving Nightfur, Comfreynose, and Cindertail to join GaleClan without zir. Comfreynose immediately retired into the elder's den upon settling into the new Clan, and she later passed peacefully in her sleep surrounded by Cindertail and Nightfur. Lots of room for other things to happen in Cindertail's life, so there's a fair bit open!

Sorrelheart, a LightningClan queen, fell in love young with a tom by the name of Blackfur. They had their first litter of kits almost as soon as they were able: Sootkit, Dipperkit and Kestrelkit. The pair knew they wanted to continue having litters and have a large family. They doted on their kits constantly, and when they became apprentices, had a second litter: Cherrykit and Rook-kit. When the earthquake hit, Sorrelheart grabbed Rook-kit and Blackfur grabbed Cherrykit, but Blackfur was killed, and Cherrykit along with him. Dipperpaw also lost her life during the earthquake, and the family went from seven to four. Everything else is open.

Minkstep is pretty much a blank slate character. The only important pieces in their history is that they were LightningClan cats, and had at least one littermate, originally named Wrentail (can be open to change as well). The two of them had been assigned as mentors to Kestrelpaw and Dipperpaw, a pair of sisters. Minkstep was Dipperpaw's mentor, and Wrentail was Kestrelpaw's mentor. During the earthquake, both Wrentail and Dipperpaw lost their lives, and so because Minkstep and Wrentail had been training Kestrelpaw and Dipperpaw together, it made the most sense for Minkstep to simply become Kestrelpaw's new mentor.

Sootkit was born to the young couple Sorrelheart and Blackfur alongside his sisters, Kestrelkit and Dipperkit. Sootkit was often the odd one out, as Kestrelkit and Dipperkit were inseparable, sometimes even tagging up on him when the three of them played together. During the earthquake, Sootpaw found Kestrelpaw near an opening in the earth, where she was crying over seeing Dipperpaw fall and not being able to save her. Sootpaw managed to start to drag his sister along and convince her to keep going until they could find safety. When they eventually found their mother, she told them that their father, Blackfur, had died during the earthquake while carrying their younger sister, Cherrykit. Sorrelheart had been carrying Rook-kit, and so he survived. Everything else is open.

Frost is a pretty blank slate. I do tend to imagine him as being a somewhat stoic, proud cat, who maybe isn't the greatest father simply because he does not know how to be a parent alone. He lost his mate, Whisper, during her kitting, though his three kits survived, so he gave them names of the virtues that their mother once possessed: Purpose, Eloquence and Epiphany. He moved on from her death, and it's possible he's even taken a new mate in that time and/or fathered more kits, it's entirely up to you.

She's kind and intuitive, and has certainly grown into her name as someone who is often looking for her own purpose in life. Eloquence is very much a blank slate of a character, though I would recommend reading through Epiphany's bio just to get an understanding of who she grew up alongside.

Kotik and Malyshka were born in a faraway land (equivalent to Russia) and scooped off the streets by some lyudi (twolegs) as kits. As part of a not-for-profit that brings cats from far countries to give them new forever homes, they were flown around the world, but were separated and adopted into different homes. Kotik eventually escaped his lyudi den and has been searching for his sister ever since. It's possible that Malyshka has stayed as a kittypet, or that she also became a loner, but I imagine some very fun plot stuff in the future for these two reuniting.[break][break]
