Name: (Snake) Sunning on Rocks
Age: 72 Moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: Tribe of Forgotten Water
Rank: Cave-Guard
Picture:
Description: Snake is a stocky, broad shouldered tom cat. His legs and shoulders are muscular, showing a lot of signs of the walking and duties he preforms in his build. His fur matches the rocks of the territories, making it easy for Snake to blend in with his surroundings. The fur on his paws, ears, muzzle, and tail are just slightly deep in color, which makes his nose and eyes stand out more prominently. His eyes are a very pale hazel, not very bright or well defined, but striking in their light coloring. His ears are broad and constantly moving, expressing his emotions more than his face and other body language does. He has about medium length whiskers and broad paws, both of which are good for his rank and stature. His tail has a healed break in it about halfway down, where it was broken when he was small. This has left the tail crooked.
Description Summary: A large brown tomcat with hazel eyes and a crooked tail
Personality: Snake can be very cautious, hesitant to make decisions despite the stronger personalities within his life. He likes to lean toward the side of hesitant, rational thought rather than jumping right into something without thinking. He isn't as confident in his own choices, however, and worries about whether or not the decisions he makes adversely affect those around him. He is very protective of the cats in his close circle and very loyal to the Tribe, hoping to carry out their wishes for their betterment. He is curious and quizzical, checking each of his actions before he completes them. But even with this hesitant temperament, he can still be friendly and even a bit quirky, outgoing to Tribe and Clan cats alike. However, he is highly superstitious, and if these superstitious arise they may get in the way of a budding relationship and result in Snake becoming distant or preforming repetitive habits over to fall back onto something familiar and comforting.
History: Snake was born to two large Cave-Guards along with his sister, (Lizard) that Skitters Across Stones. When he was a younger cat, Snake was much more wild and reckless. Due to his poor choices and mistakes, however, as a young kit he was injured when his tailed was crushed beneath a rock. While he didn't loose the limb, the physical recovery process was long and it resulted in a change in world views that still has Snake falling back on familiar patterns of habit and hesitation. The tail remains crooked in several places and during cold seasons it bothers him. Snake was close with his niece, Squirrel, and her death seemed to only increase to his odd behavior. He has grown even more cautious and hesitant to make hasty decisions. Superstition has become a comfort, since it is easier to consider things an act of luck rather than natural causes. The death of Squirrel has rattled him enough that he has placed even more doubt in himself. He keeps a close on eye on Moon, his adoptive niece, who he greatly cares for.
