The sun was starting to peek through the sky making the skies look a pretty shade of all sorts of colors. He liked seeing the sunrises and hearing the birds chirping in the trees so early in the morning as night life went to take a nap for the day and the day creatures would come out to play and grace their presence in their territory. Every morning would have to be a good morning no matter the weather unless something happened to make it so.
With that mindset, he was very eager to go out and enjoy the weather as he started his training today with his mentor WhiteHawk. He wanted to be great someday as a warrior and make his parents and brothers proud. Of course, he wanted to make his new mentor proud of him as well with his hard work and determination too. He was over excited when he finally got the message from his new mentor they would be starting their first training sessions together. He thought it was long overdue after he was made an apprentice. He had barely slept much that night as he was too excited and even a bit nervous. Would WhiteHawk like him? or would he be a bit disappointed when he found out that Tigerpaw could be a bit of a scatter brained fool with paws that didn't want to stay still, or keep him upright sometimes? He was young though so hopefully WhiteHawk wouldn't be too harsh on him for any mistakes he made.
The white and ginger tom happily groomed himself quickly as he had not gotten much sleep that night and had been an early riser; earlier then his fellow apprentices and had gotten himself a small bite to eat before he would be out training with his mentor. He was grooming the last remnants off his whiskers from his meal when he heard the heavier paws of a larger cat approaching and looked up; bright amber orbs catching sight of his mentor heading for the entrance of camp and jolted to his feet. Crap! He forgot he was supposed to meet his mentor at the entrance so they could head out and here he was grooming himself after breakfast instead of dutifully waiting for WhiteHawk!
Seeing the larger white male heading ahead of him his paws scrambled to catch ground as he bolted after the larger tom and fell in step with him slightly behind the larger shoulder of the tom. He looked over at him wanting to act all cool and stuff like the older warrior but failed to gain that confident stride instead of acting like the goof nut that he was. He swore WhiteHawk would be rolling his eyes as soon as Tigerpaw messed up. Taking a breath the younger tom forced a smile on his face and chirped out a good morning to his mentor.
"Hi WhiteHawk! Good morning to you! Sorry I wasn't here waiting on you; I was getting breakfast real quick. Where will be going to this morning and what's the first lesson? Is it hunting? Oh maybe battle training? Although I'm not too good with my paws..I'm a bit clumsy. Or maybe are we just going to take a walk around the borders? I've heard it's the easier part of training." he asked in a rush.
He desperately wanted his mentor to be in an easy mood today; he didn't know WhiteHawk very well as he didn't really pay much attention to others all the much unless he was helping out instead of listening to elder's stories but he really wanted the other to like him and be his friend. It'd be easier to work with him that way at least Tigerpaw thought so. Who didn't work hard when you had a more enjoyable company to work with? That's how he thought but he was young and eager to please.

Note: Sorry its a bit shorter then my usual posts. I wasn't sure how to portray Tigerpaw, it's been awhile since i've been on and i haven't had thechance to play him yet.
