Description: Sablekit is an incredibly small cat with green eyes that almost seem too big for his face. The back and sides of his body are russet, but his chest, paws, and parts of his muzzle are white. This is good for Sablekit because it enables him to press down and camouflage when necessary while still looking distinct enough to be recognized from a distance. His fur will always be smooth, something he will be insecure about all his life because he wants to seem big and tough. For Sablekit, him having soft fur is equivalent to having a soft and weak mind. His whole life, Sablekit will walk with an air of superficial confidence. When he finds himself to be alone, it all breaks down and he appears even smaller than he actually is.

+ Reliable
Sablekit doesn't make empty promises, and he always makes an effort to be on time (if not on time, then much earlier than planned). He takes his integrity very seriously and desperately wants others to see him as a cat that can be trusted.
+ Tough
Sablekit, despite his incredibly small size, can take a beating. He has a strong resolve and always gets back up, no matter how badly he gets beat down. As he grows, Sablekit will earn a plethora of scars to remind him of every time he has managed to pick himself back up.
+/- Cynical
Even from an early point in his life, Sablekit has always found it difficult to believe that anyone can be truly altruistic. He believes everyone is motivated by selfishness, so he will always have a hard time accepting kindness and placing trust in anyone but himself and his immediate family.
- Boisterous
To make up for his own insecurity, Sablekit constantly talks himself up. The way he sees it, if he can't find much value in himself, the other cats might as well see him in a more positive light.
- Deeply insecure
Sablekit is incredibly insecure about his size. Being the runt of the litter has caused him to severely lack in any form of self-worth, so it can affect his entire lifestyle. There are times when he will constantly be talking himself up for a sense of validation, but there are also times that he will let even the smallest criticisms through the cracks and destroy him. Due to his constant need to prove his worth to his clanmates, Sablekit will never back down from a competition. While it can be good to have some fun competing, Sablekit's competitive spirit is actually a huge weakness. Anything could be framed as a competition or a way to prove himself, and Sablekit would do it. This makes it super easy for cats to manipulate him into doing things.

Sablekit was born to Ashflight and Russethawk, the last-born and smallest in a litter of four. Despite being the smallest of the litter, Sablekit always joined into all the play-fighting his siblings would do, and often come out on the bottom. This is what made him aware of the fact that he was the smallest and least capable of his siblings. However, he never wanted anyone to know that he had come to that realization, so he only continued to play harder and make himself to be bigger than he actually was. He looks forward to the day that he can become an apprentice because he desperately wants to find an area in which he excels in order to be of use to his clan.
Other: idk why, but I'm getting Spiderman vibes from Sable... Also purchasing mild anxiety for him! This will entail overthinking himself into holes and the occasional anxiety attack.
