Description: Drizzleduck is a normally sized she cat with long thick fur, it is mostly white with splashes of black, tan and brown. She has striking green eyes and a calm collected demeanor that makes their gaze captivating. One oddity she possess’ is rather large paws, when she was a kit and an apprentice it caused her to waddle slightly when she walked before she grew into them. Even after growing up they are a bit large but they fit better than they ever did before, and luckily she walks normally now after the whole ordeal. It did carry on into her apprenticeship which caused for a slow start to her life as a warrior, and as such received the name duck by her leader upon becoming a warrior in reference to her large duck like paws.
Description Summary: Regular sized thick furred she-cat that is black and brown with green eyes.
Personality: Drizzleduck’s personality seems to be a converging of the happy mediums of many different feminine traits. She is kind, sweet, and gentle and she can be very soft at times however it is safe to say most of the time she is just a sometimes quite fun loving she-cat. Whilst she is all of these things she is never overly so, she is kind but she is capable of being vicious in combat if she needs to be, she is also sweet and gentle however in combat enemies shouldn’t count on being offered the courtesy. However above all things there is an underlying trait that is always present and never seems to fade or change, Drizzleduck is very quirky. From collecting the small and rare items that interest her which she puts value you in personally to singing and humming as she skips around camp between her duties as a warrior. Even physically her overly large paws that used to make her slightly waddle around camp add to her charming unique personality, many cats find her slightly hard to take seriously until they have the opportunity to see her in combat seeing how even an adorable oddball of a cat can be a fantastic warrior.
History: Drizzlekit has always been an odd kit, she was born with large paws and it made for quite a spectacle even from a young age. She would waddle around the camp at an early age and everyone present was always in for a show. She personally didn’t find it that funny, it was a bit of a pain to her as she honestly had problems maneuvering around her rather large appendages. It wasn’t uncommon for her to trip over her feet a few times a day she was always unlucky enough to be around throngs of other cats when she did it. If a kit was capable of crying she would have as she fled to her nest embarrassed to death afterwards, the laughing of both kits and adult cats alike didn’t help and either did the comments. There were plenty of kinder kits in the nursery and supportive queens of the strange little cat to get her back on her feet in no time though, sadly the problem followed her into her apprenticeship. It made her life difficult being born with four left feet it seemed, she had a hard time moving well so hunting and fighting became near impossible. Much of her time training was spent with her mentor helping her learn how to walk, then run and learn what a month old it already knew. She soon started to grow into her paws which made her life much easier but she spent until 12 moons just getting fluid movement down, and her paws made learning to hunt and fight take longer than any other apprentice. She was 30 moons nearly before becoming a full warrior those she shared the nursery with had been warriors for some time and were starting to be considered experienced and not newly out of the apprentice den. Even the generation after her had been born, apprenticed and had their ceremony before her with 6 moons to spare. 4 Generations of kits had been apprenticed, 3 of them becoming warriors before her. They were on their way to becoming fine more senior and experienced warriors than her. By the time she had been ready for her ceremony her leader had seen fit she had a name that truly expressed how quirky and strange her personality was and fit her journey to becoming a warrior. She was named Drizzleduck in honor of her large paws and complete lack of natural ability and coordination, even though it had taken her 30 moons her mentor couldn’t have been more proud of her never feeling they had wasted a moment on helping her become a warrior. Her leader was also proud and no cat really had the heart to make fun of her, they all knew how unnaturally untalented she was and yet she pressed on for so long to become a warrior. At 30 moons she was at the level of a regular 12 moon old freshly made warrior, so she busied herself with patrols and everything else trying to catch up as best she could to the other warriors. She is a smart and mature cat which most of the younger cats are not, it is all she has going for her with her age that they do not and luckily for her it does serve her moons well and make her seem her age. However she cant get over the fact that 5 moons after becoming a warrior she is still at the level of a 13 moon old cat roughly, it doesn't matter though because she works hard and does everything for her clan. She is starting to realize that instead of trying to keep up with obviously better warriors she needs to rely more on her intelligence to get ahead in her clan. She is ready for a mentor soon, however she believes she is being saved for a special case of a cat that needs tons of love and encouragement like herself. She is practically a secret weapon as she has known true hardship in becoming a warrior and has had the heart and dedication to stick with it. Through her training the clan realized how astonishing a mentor her teacher was and they are proud to see Drizzleduck had learned from the best and would one day reach the same levels as she mentored cats in need.
RP Example: Drizzleduck practically floated back to camp happily humming as a small birds feather with flecks of silver and gold was hanging sideways from her maw. She was so happy that she spotted it, and even happier she had managed to catch it before it had blown away. It was such a pretty specimen, she had never seen such a gorgeous feather before and would have loved to meet the bird it had come from. Even in harsh leaf bare where there was little food to come around she wasn't sure she could strike down such a beautiful animal even for her starving clan. She had a strange respect for beauty that way, and couldn't help but purr in happiness as she entered the warriors den and pushed up her nest to reveal her collection of pretty items and trinkets she had been collecting since she was a kit. Safely put the feather in her pile she recovered them with her nest and practically bounced off humming and signing to herself.
