Lionstar's Challenge: Day Two
The Rules, Recruitment, and Prizes
The Rules, Recruitment, and Prizes
The Second Challenge: Prove Yourself In Battle
The structure:[/center]
Any apprentices participating will be broken down into two teams, TigerClan and LionClan, with the previous participants (From Challenge #1) holding their spots:
Current TigerClan Members:
Noblepaw * Team Captain *
Duskpaw (Whether or not she is fit to participate is yet to be determined)
Foxpaw (?)
Current LionClan Members:
Littlepaw
Maggotpaw (?)
The Rules:
- Killing another apprentice is strictly prohibited.
- Crippling another apprentice is strictly prohibited.
- Any killing moves displayed will cause an immediate halt to the fight; the guilty party will go without food for the remaining day and have to clean out the elder's bedding. Possible delay of warrior ceremony as well, depending on how serious the offense.
- Continuing to attack after your opponent yells "I give up" (or some form thereof) will cause immediate suspension of the fight, ending in a draw.
All apprentices remember, while this battle is meant to be a mock simulation of what you will face against an enemy Clan, your Clanmates are still your Clanmates, and the purpose of this exercise is not to form grudges nor make any sore losers.
To The Roleplayers:
For the sake of not making this completely boring or drag on forever because neither Rper wants their cat to lose, I have developed a nifty little Battle System (kind of like the hunting system, only no mystery colors involved, I promise xP ) involving points. It's going to seem a bit complicated at first, but bear with me. If you're worried about your cat being paired up against someone they can't possibly win against, don't be, I will be pairing up the cats that are similar to each other for the sake of a fair fight.
The Battle System:
Every apprentice will start off with 16 points, and the objective is to make your opponent lose more points than you; each apprentice will have 5 total battle moves (either attack or defense) to utilize for the duration of the fight. There will be three 'rounds'.
2 Moves in Round 1.
2 Moves in Round 2.
1 Move in Round 3.
Each battle move or defensive maneuver is worth a different amount of points that either affect your score, or your opponent's.

Players may only use the killing bite if fighting against an NPC, with special permission from the NPC's creator. Be warned, be ready to deal with the consequences of killing a Clanmate.

Some things to Note:
Be careful to keep your score from dropping down under 6, because if it hits less than 6 you're critically wounded and will need immediate medical attention or have collapsed from exhaustion or pain.
