Descirption:   Perhaps to his grandmother Brightpool's annoyance, Skypaw takes after his maternal grandfather. A dusty brown cat with dark tabby markings. Skypaw's bob-tail is the most noticeable feature. The lack of lengthy tail which would serve him while hunting, Skypaw relies heavily on being sure-footed and stead in his stride. An ambush hunter opposed to the typical chase hunters of other LightningClan cats. 

Generally, a plump cat, Skypaw carries his weight well. His sturdy build aiding in him being a heavy hitter when it comes to fighting. Skypaw isn't an easy target but his lack of battle prowess is quickly discovered.

Better suited with his tabby markings and coat color to be a hunter. Skypaw has the build to be a good one. 

Summary: A dusty brown tabby tom with a bob-tail and pale green eyes. 

Personality: The most unlike his siblings, Skypaw has little interest in the history of LightningClan. Instead, his focus remains out of his clan's borders and into the wilds of the world around them. Curious of how the valley came to be, Skypaw's kithood questions often left the elders unable to answer. 

"Who made the valley? What was here before the Clans?" 

Those questions and similar ones often pestered the elders to the point few would bother to answer Skypaw. Not that he minded. Instead, he found comfort in staring up at the sky. Not for spiritual guidance but to better learn the stars and where they were in the sky each night. His favorite and biggest star always seem to shine in the same spot. 

Skypaw's wonder for the world out of the valley is deep-rooted and will propel him to leave his family so that he can find the answers for himself. Only his siblings know of his plan and they have been sworn to secrecy. 

Furthering the difference between siblings, Skypaw has no lasting loyalty to LightningClan beyond recognizing it as his home. He doesn't wish to live his entire life in LightningClan but isn't foolish enough to talk about it. Skypaw has no desire to see his mother or father upset about his choice. 

Skypaw stays with his family because he knew he wouldn't make it on his own yet. Which aids him in his drive to learn what he can to survive on his . 


History: Born to Sunnyheart and Larkflower, Skypaw is proudly named after his maternal great-grandmother. More middle of the three siblings, Skypaw is content to be on the outskirts of his siblings' games. However, he is fiercely protective of Maplepaw and Brightpaw and is the first to defend his siblings from bullies. 

In his early kithood moons, he spent his time pestering elders for questions they did not have. However, Quailfoot had some answers and thus Skypaw befriended the former loner. Curious of the world out of the valley, Skypaw hung on every word spoken by the elder. 

During the rare occasion that Niko, his father's brother, visits Skypaw is the first to greet and the last to say goodbye to the tom-cat. Ever curious about all things beyond the confines of the borders. Niko's ability to travel without any rules but his code further's Skypaw's dream of doing the same.
