Name: Frostjaw
Age: 23 moons
Gender: tom
Clan: NightClan
Rank: Warrior
Picture:
Description: Frostjaw is a very long and tall white cat with long white fur that always manages to appear clean. Under all of that fur, strong muscles power him, making for a very competent warrior. His jaw both looks and is strong, being very square and coming down into a strong chin. Frostjaw got his warrior suffix for this strong and effective jaw, which he uses as the final blow in every fight he finds himself in. The combination of Frostjaw's muscle and his strong bite also make him an excellent hunter of bigger prey in times of scarcity. However, his pure white coat makes it difficult to hunt for smaller prey because that requires an immense amount of stealth, which is something that Frostjaw will always be lacking in. Frostjaw's grey-blue eyes always have a very intense gleam in them, often commanding respect from other cats.
Description Summary: A huge, long-furred white cat with piercing grey-blue eyes.
Personality:
+ Perceptive
Nothing gets past Frostjaw. He is hyper-aware of both the nonverbal and verbal cues that occur when someone is lying. Most cats know not to lie to Frostjaw because he can become very harsh once he picks up the lie, often choosing to shame the liar for their actions. Frostjaw views himself as a judge of sorts, thinking that his strong will enables him to pick out the good cats from the bad.
+ Strong-willed
Nothing and no one can intimidate Frostjaw into submission because he can be described as having an iron will. His resolve can never be deterred by any earthly thing; the only thing that makes Frostjaw second-guess himself is a sign from StarClan. Once he sets his mind on something, it is bound to get done efficiently.
+/- Serious
Despite being perceptive, jokes don't really go over too well with Frostjaw. He strongly believes he has a purpose in life, and he does not like to waste that purpose with silly matters and small talk. He does not take well to sarcasm seeing that Frostjaw tends to take everything literally. He is known to scold those younger than him for wasting his time with jokes and light-hearted fun, which he describes as "lies meant to pacify the weak and determine the strong-willed."
+/- Intense
Frostjaw takes himself pretty seriously and can easily become fixated on a singular goal. This fixation often makes him forget to speak to his clanmates, be constantly training or scheming, etc. While Frostjaw's intense focus on his goals is very good, it can often deter him from making any meaningful connections with the cats around him, causing Frostjaw to have a very lone-wolf archetype.
+/- Gets all the ladies?!?
Frostjaw hates wasting time, so he hates it even more that female cats tend to gravitate towards him. Maybe it's the "strong and silent" type that she-cats dream of, or maybe it's his respectful attitude towards strong female warriors whom he encounters. Deep down, he appreciates the attention, but he knows (or does he) that he would not want to waste time to find a mate or sire kits.
- Loves StarClan in all the wrong ways
Frostjaw is different from some of the other members of the gang in that he takes no pleasure in the chase (and ultimately the kill). He is a cat who strongly believes in Starclan, thinking that his dead ancestors will always send a sign once something needs to be done. While it is a good thing that Frostjaw does not enjoy causing pain, it is bad (for other cats) once Frostjaw believes he has received a "sign" from StarClan (truthfully, these signs could be as insignificant as a leaf blowing in an odd direction). Conveniently, Frostjaw does not often get signs that tell him him to help anyone, so there has to be some sort of desire to kill deeply rooted in his subconscious: we shall find out eventually.
History:
Kithood~
In the early stages of his life, Frostkit was like any other. He hopped around, constantly getting into trouble and fooling around with the other kits in the nursery. However, everything changed for him one day when he was introduced to Starclan through the stories the queens told the kits. Frostkit was absolutely transfixed by them and began to constantly look for evidence that Starclan was watching him. Naturally, the more he looked, the more he found. Frostkit one day saw his mother eating a white mouse, similar to one he had dreamt of the previous night. From that point on, Frostkit was convinced that Starclan was always sending him signs. He just couldn't figure out why.
Apprenticeship~
It wasn't until he became an apprentice that Frostpaw hit a growth spurt, easily becoming one of the largest of his fellow apprentices. He even believed this growth spurt to be the will of Starclan, wanting to make him into a capable warrior. He just still had not found his purpose yet. Until he and Spiderpaw met Blackpaw. Blackpaw had a certain charm about him that pulled Frostpaw in. Soon, the white fluffy apprentice found himself spending all his time training with his new best friend, Blackpaw. The things that Blackpaw would say would always correspond to a sign that had been sent down from Starclan, so Frostpaw eventually realized that his purpose was to work with Blackpaw to better the clan.
Warrior~
Upon proving his worth as a fighter and the strength of his bite, Frostpaw was aptly named Frostjaw. He committed himself fully to following Blackstag's orders, believing they were ordained by Starclan itself. However, the further he got into being a warrior, the more he began to listen for his own signs, becoming less of a minion for Blackstag and more of an accomplice. It became a common occurrence for Frostjaw to slink off to do what he believed to be Starclan's bidding, whether it be killing prey or killing something of a slightly larger variety.
