Description: Almondpaw is made up of two major colors - dark brown and white. Her main fur color is white, though more than half of her body is patched with the dark brown. The most distinctive part of her body is her face. Her face is much more brown than the rest of her body. The upper half (including her ears) is covered in this muddy brown color with a splash of white right in the center that draws a strip down between her eyes. This white covers her chin down to her chest, with another splash of pink on her nose as well as a diluted brown mark that draws over the left side of her face. To bring the look together, she has bright blue eyes. To summarize her coloring, the majority of these brown patches only make up the upper part of her body - as her chest, belly, and lower are all a solid white. When it comes to size, Almondpaw is pretty average for a TreeClan cat. She has a stocky build that is pretty proportionate with the rest of her body. With her love for tree-climbing, her haunches will muscle over quickly!
Almond, for her brown patches.
Nose, for her good tracking and hunting techniques.
Description Summary: A white she cat with dark brown markings and blue eyes.
Personality: Almondpaw is young, naive, and ready to take on whatever the world has to throw at her. This she cat is a bundle of energy and adventure. She has a habit of putting her paws where she shouldn't and honestly doesn't know how to take "no" for an answer. Her stubborn ways can put her in the fox den with the higher ranks of the clan, but she just can't help herself. Almondpaw is the kind of apprentice that is going to make friends with as many young warriors as she can, simply so that she can get more adventures and experiences in before she becomes a warrior herself. She needs to live her life to the fullest and what better way to do that than to see the world first hand?
As mentioned previously, Almondpaw is naive. She has yet to experience betrayal and war at her own paws rather than the stories she hears. Sure, the past has shown lots of bloodshed, but she has been shielded in the nursery and pretty much oblivious to it all. To her, this horror is just stories the elders tell to keep her from straying, and stray she must. Her lack of education and belief in the war and bloodshed makes her a walking danger to herself, as she is young and trusting to those around her, especially the older cats she deems respectable. Almondpaw never seems to stop moving. Unless she is drop-dead exhausted, she is never in her den or laying around. She loves tree-climbing and a lot of her spare time is practicing climbing in the trees and trying to hunt from them.
Almondpaw is a hunter at heart. One of her truest desires is to be the best hunter in her clan. She loves to hunt and to be frank, she is pretty good at it, especially when it comes to scenting and following that scent. Though she isn't the best at hunting in the trees so far, she is definitely doing her best to work her way up to them! In summary, Almondpaw is sweetheart and has a lot of potential to do great things for her clan. Though she has the right head on her shoulders, she really needs to learn that she can't trust everyone and stay out of trouble before she reaches her warrior ceremony.
History: Almondkit was the first to be born in a litter of two kittens. Her sister was a solid brown tom cat who their mother would name Oak-kit. The two were the second litter to be born to Mosswhisker and Rabbitleap, giving them a single older brother who was now a warrior named Ryefur. Though they were a little family, they were definitely tight knit and spent a lot of time together. If Ryefur wasn't out on patrol or training his own apprentice, he was sharing tongues with Mosswhisker or enjoying a meal with his father. Sometimes he would even take his younger siblings into the camp and show them some battle moves!
Kit-hood for Almondkit really was a peaceful one, minus all the war that was going on outside the nursery walls. She was oblivious to all this and though her father and brother would bare new scars, he always had some crazy, funny tale to tell the kits about how he got them. Almondkit and Oak-kit were very sheltered from the reality of the world and grew up thinking all cats were friendly and the world was peaceful, therefore, what did they have to worry about when they became apprentices?
Other: Reserve Almondnose (for her hunting/tracking abilities) for her warrior name, please!
