Letting out a soft giggle, the soft-furred tom padded back to camp carrying a perch in his mouth. His fur was currently drenched, making it look as though he had just gone for a swim. Faintly, in the back of his mind, he thanked Starclan for having allowed him to be born into a clan of cats that can swim. If he had been born in any other clan he would look awfully suspicious walking into camp all wet.

As he padded over to the frreshkill pile, he couldn't help but smile. In spite of a few 'minor setbacks' that had occurred during his attempts at fishing, the day was going fairly well. The small male gingerly placed his perch on the freshkill pile, and gave a mewl of greeting to his clanmates before turning once more and starting to pad back out in the direction of the spot where he'd buried the rest of the prey that he'd caught that day.

~~~~~~~~ The young warrioress moved quickly through the water, her paws making a splash only large enough to be seen as befitting her namesake. She'd volunteered to go out and collect bedding for the nursery and elder's den that morning, the fawn she-cat returning successfully with a variety of material lodged in her jaws despite the chill. Leafbare had arrived, but it's claws hadn't managed to dig themselves into all the vegetation just yet. ....Granted, she'd been forced to dig below the chilled surface ground to find suitable moss, and she'd hooked a claw in the process... But a little soreness and a spot of blood on her paw was more than worth it. She should have been paying more attention to where she was going. Before long, she found herself a whisker length from crashing into a stark white pelt, veering sharply in an avoidance attempt, only to wind up tripping herself in the process. With a squeak of surprise, the she-cat went down in a flurry of fur and paws, rolling on the chilly ground and releasing the bundle of bedding as a result. A dazed groan escaped her, before she seemed to recall what had just occurred. Her head shot up in alarm, ears swiveling backward as her gaze landed upon the white pelted tom staring down at her. "Coldr-... O-Oh! Shellstep! Sorry! I wasn't paying attention, my nose was blocked and I d-didn't see you! You're... Not hurt, are you? Oh I'll never forgive myself if you got hurt because of me!" She mewed worriedly, rising to her paws only to wince visibly as her injured claw sent a flare of pain up her leg. "O-ow..." She whimpered quietly, unable to ignore the discomfort now that she'd further twisted the sore paw. Despite her own pain, she was far more concerned with Shellstep than she was herself.
