Name: Whitepaw
Age: 6 moons
Gender: tom
Clan: StoneClan
Rank: Apprentice
Picture:
Description: 'Vide' is the french word for void. It is also another term for the color white with the proper pronunciation.
What does one think when they imagine that color? White. Snow? Clouds? Nothing?
Nothing. White is the abscence of color, it is what remains when all the color is stripped of something. It is the remnants left drained of beauty.White, pristine, pure, clean, alabaster, porcelain, untainted, untarnished.
Ico is a tom devoid of any color pigmentation right down to his eyes which are a pale shade of blue-tinted silver that give him an oddly ghostly stare. He is not an albino by any means, but he is a solid white feline with an almost eerie stare due to his pale-colored eyes.
The insides of his ears and nose, as well as the flesh rimmed around his eyes, is of a pale pink that bares a stark contrast to his otherwise flawless pelt.
Description Summary: A solid white tom with eerily pale blue-silver eyes, he is a bit on the small side.
Personality: Define strange.
Now, what one would usually consider to be normal is generally of opinion, although the general consensus regarding this strange young apprentice is that he is as far from normalcy as can possibly be.
Whitepaw has an unsettling habit of staring when he is truly intrigued by something and catching his attention is easy as the kit is prone to random spurts of uncontrollable curiosity.
Many a cat has found themselves caught in his ghostly, unblinking, blue gaze as he examined them with interest.
If a cat peaks his attention he will follow them should they attempt to remove themselves from his stare.
Referred to as creepy, his habits are what one would regard as strange. Not one to waste the beautiful night with sleep he can be found, more often than not, staring directly upward at the moon with an expression so entranced he wouldn't notice if someone stepped by and trod on his tail.
The white tom dazes at random intervals with no warning, he could be in the middle of a sentence and lapse off into a pleasant haze to a world that only he inhabits and that only he is permitted to cross. When these blissful moments of rapture pass he will resume speaking as though there had been no interruption to begin with.
Concluded, Whitepaw is a strange little tom that has no regard for personal space in his endless hunt to learn more about anything and everything he can.
He is eager to please and even more eager to discover excitement wherever it may be.
His naive nature leads him to be overly trusting though his odd habits tend to cause any potential friends to shy away from him.
Not that he hardly cares, he is more than enough of a friend to himself.
History:
How his parents became mates the white tom will never know. The two were as different as night and day and according to the clan they argued constantly as if bitter enemies, so it was quite surprising when his mother (Snowfoot) was soon carrying his father's (Branchtail) kittens.
Whitepaw was born in a litter of three but his two siblings were stillbirths, the resulting depression of losing two kits left his mother in a mortified state so he was raised by another queen. Sometime after his mother went missing and no cat knows of what happened to her. His father had long since died before the litter for born and as such Whitekit had not known either of his parents enough to feel any sort of sadness at their lack of presence.
Raised by one of the permanent nursery queens, his kithood was uneventful and upon becoming an apprentice the odd quirks he had as a kitten became more prominent.
