Wildsky
Wildsky couldn't say he'd been particularly delighted upon receiving the news that he'd been assigned on a hunting expedition with his brother. It wasn't that the pale grey tabby tom disliked Gorsetail, it was more the fact that they were two starkly different characters and Wildsky had long since given up trying to maintain a brotherly relationship with him.
The TreeClan warrior groaned inwardly at the prospect of the hunting session ahead, Ugh, I'm going to have to try and fill all the silences with pointless small talk. When it came to Gorsetail, Wildsky always felt like he had to talk, otherwise they'd spent the entire time in silence.
I suppose the sooner we get going, the sooner it can be done with, the warrior concluded, heaving a sigh and at last moving his paws from where they'd rooted themselves. He couldn't really take a guess at where Gorsetail would be, he could only hope he'd be somewhere in camp. He wasn't particularly up to date in the life of his brother, although he did know that he'd been chosen as a mentor for Pinkpaw. That was about as far as his knowledge of his brother's recent life went.
Scanning the camp, his pale green eyes sought out his brother's tabby pelt amongst his clanmates, his expression neutral; neither a smile nor a frown distorting his features. It took him a while, but after searching for several moments, he finally pinpointed his brother across the clearing.
Ah. Let's get this over with.
Head lifted and striding purposefully, Wildsky wasted no time in crossing the clearing to come to a halt before his brother, not wasting breath with any sort of greeting, neither paying much interest to any activities or conversation that Gorsetail might have already been involved with. Clearing his throat, the pale grey tabby tom meowed bluntly, "We've been put on a hunting patrol together," his eyes flickered over the tabby tom, not making direct eye contact, "I'd appreciate it if we could get going as soon as possible."
Wildsky offered no further words. Instead, he gave a sharp flick of his tail before striding away from his brother, his gaze set upon the camp exit. He didn't want to waste time with meaningless conversation, so instead he waited for his brother to follow him, his ears ready to detect the lightest thud of pawsteps.

Notes: Sorry it's a bit awkward and poorly written! Also, the title sucks, but pffff
