The sun shone down on Stoneclan camp, heating the fur of the thick pelted tom as he made his way to the elder's den. The feeling of the sun's rays on his back irked the tom to no end, it was already quite hot out and even though the sun wasn't horrible, it only succeeded in making Boulderheart's heavy pelt feel all the more unbearable. If there was one thing he was grateful for on this hot day however,it was for the fact that he had decided to help with bringing water-soaked moss to the elder's den. The feeling of the moss in his mouth, spongy and filled with cooling water, brought the senior-warrior a bit of relief as he held it tightly in his jaws.
Silently, the large male entered into the Elder's den, dipping his head in greeting to the den's inhabitants before placing the moss down so they may drink.

[smear:f3e471]Fallenleaf [/smear:f8c56a] ~~~~~~~~~ Fallenleaf had spent much of her morning outside on some of the stones in camp, pleasantly sunning herself. As the day wore on and the sun rose higher into the sky, however, the heat became a little less tolerable. Thus, she'd wandered back to the elders' den to rest in the shade and allow her body temperature to slowly climb back down again. She lay in her nest, eyes closed though she certainly wasn't trying to sleep, when the sound of pawsteps caused her ears to pivot in the direction of the entrance. At first, she thought it might be one of the apprentices, come to bring them prey or something of the sort. But the pawsteps are too heavy to be an apprentice... She thought to herself. Not even Heronpaw, currently the largest of the apprentices, could match those pawfalls. Must be a warrior. She decided. Part of her wondered if it were Skunkspots coming to visit again, but the same problem lingered in the back of her mind; Skunkspots wasn't a large she-cat. Lifting her head as a big, gray furred tom ducked his way into the den, Fallenleaf settled upon a name for the tom from a patrol back when she was still a warrior. Boulderheart. She knew immediately, based on the little droplets spattering the ground from the ball of moss clutched in his jaws, that Boulderheart had come to deliver water to the elders. Purring thankfully, Fallenleaf slowly pushed herself into a seated position, careful to not put too much weight on her stiff shoulder. Once seated, she could easily push up into a standing position. "Boulderheart has brought us some water, everyone." She mewed to the other inhabitants of her new home. Approaching with a heavier limp than usual (it happened when she was seated or laying down for too long), Fallenleaf waved her tail in greeting to the tom. More than happy to let the other elders have their fair share first (after all, she still had the energy to move about if she needed to go find herself some water), the former senior warrior contented herself with addressing the gray tom cat instead. "Hot day we are having today, isn't it? I can't imagine having all that fur under the hot sun! I hope you are remembering to take breaks periodically, Boulderheart?" With a kind purr, she lowered herself to a seated position not too far from the gray tom, awaiting his reply.
