For past calendars, please click here!
When starting a thread look at the real-life date and find it on the calendar above. That is the day that the thread starts on. Threads can continue for as long as the roleplayers wish and do not need to end before the 'next' day starts. This system is in place to help keep events going.
All characters will age up at the start of the season.
Are marked at the bottom and roleplays are to be affected by those events. Gatherings and Medicine cat meetings are marked. A chosen medicine cat will start the meeting and same with a chosen leader.
Backdating a thread?
Need to backdate? Please send a message to Heli or ask Heli in the cbox. When you create the thread please put the date the thread needs to be & that it's backed dated. I would appreciate it not becoming a regular thing, but something that happens when life gets busy. If backdating happens too often it will negate the use of the entire calendar system.
Please PM @hellion and I will explain it in great detail.
Leafbare 1 A biting breeze wafts across the plains but is avoided when among trees, the sky is overcast.
Leafbare 2 The wind grows stronger, permeating trees sending chills throughout each territory. Clouds cover up any sign of blue in the sky.
Leafbare 3 Strong wind persists throughout the day, ebbing slightly by night. The sky is visible, though not for long, by night no stars can be seen.
Leafbare 4 In the morning snow falls gently, briefly, but disappears in the afternoon. The clouds part slightly.
Leafbare 5 The sun is visible but no warmth can be harnessed from it. Prey seems to take note of the chill and begins to make itself scarce.
Leafbare 6 Almost all leaves rest on forest floors, a clear sky doesn’t do much for the cold temperature.
Leafbare 7 Clouds roll in slowly across the day, completely blanketing the territories. No wind, but strangely quiet.
Leafbare 8 The snow begins to steadily fall from late-morning. It evenly coats the ground and continues to build throughout the night.
Leafbare 9 Visibility is low as the snow falls faster, sounds are suffocated by the snow which continues to gather and rise.
Leafbare 10 It is warmer outside from the insulation snow provides, but snow turns to sleet, making terrain sloppy and difficult to walk through.
Leafbare 11 Snow continues to fall but significantly lighter than before. The ground is still relatively sloppy and muddy.
Leafbare 12 Clouds thin themselves out, letting the sun weakly peek through, but it is still overcast. The snow stops falling.
Leafbare 13 A gentle but sharp breeze moves its way across the prairies. The temperature is dropping.
Leafbare 14 The temperature continues to drop, the slop left over from sleet is beginning to harden and turn to solid snow, difficult to walk in as it crumbles suddenly and unevenly beneath heavy pawsteps.
Leafbare 15 With no breeze and no snow the earth seems to have frozen completely.
Leafbare 16 Staying outside too long begins to have ill effects on health.
Leafbare 17 The sun is shining and there isn't a cloud in the sky, but it is still bitterly cold.
Leafbare 18 An icy wind grows stronger and stronger throughout the day.
Leafbare 19 The wind is strong and so cold it takes a cat's breath away, making hunting and training difficult.
Leafbare 20 Overnight the clouds tumbled in and a light snow falls throughout the day.
Leafbare 21 The sky grows darker and the snow falls heavier through the night and next morning.
Leafbare 22 Gray clouds coat the sky but the snowfall has lightened significantly.
Leafbare 23 The sun is visible behind clouds but its rays can't break through, it is cold and dreary.
Leafbare 24 Sunny but still extremely cold. The snow is no longer powdery but hard and ice-like.
Leafbare 25 Mostly sunny but still hard to traverse without getting your breath taken away by the wind.
Leafbare 26 Blustery and unpleasant, the sun seems to tease heat in between bursts of wind.
Leafbare 27 A sharp breeze still remains in the air but is easier to be in for long periods of time.
Leafbare 28 The wind has finally subsided, it is mostly sunny outside but still cold.
Leafbare 29 Clan elders no longer feel the ache of cold in their bones, leafbare is becoming milder and coming to a close.
Leafbare 30 Finally, the sun's warmth can be faintly felt reaching the earth.
