AND THE MEMORIES WE'VE MADE WILL NEVER BE LOST
BUT THE WIND, YES THE WIND KEEPS HOWLING

Brightpaw
lightningclan apprentice / tom / 6 moons
So Foxswipe had done the same thing he was considering - practicing his stalking in camp when he was bored. He knew it was a good idea then, and was pleased he'd had a similar train of thought as the warrioress. He beamed and nodded as she told him he could seek her out to join any hunting patrols he had with his mentor. He wasn't sure how Thistletongue would like that, but he liked that. Maybe he could convince her - she had to have a soft spot somewhere, right? He'd find it if it was the last thing he did. "I'm just hoping I won't be in trouble with Thistletongue for going out this morning without her. I thought it would be okay since I'm with you, right?" He knew he had to be accompanied by a warrior whenever he left camp, so he'd done that right at least.
Brightpaw followed after her after swiping up his mouse in his jaws, now trying not to imagine how his mentor might react seeing him returning to camp instead of emerging from his den. Maybe she'd still be asleep, or maybe she wasn't looking for him yet. He shook his head; he was just going to try not to worry about it so much. "Haff you efer had an apprentish, Foxshwipe?" Brightpaw's words were somewhat muffled by the prey in his mouth, but he hoped he sounded understandable anyway. "I feel like you'd be an amazshing mentor!" If her patience and good humor with Brightpaw was any evidence, he was certain she'd be amazing at it. In fact, he'd be rather surprised if she hadn't had an apprentice yet. He didn't have a really good sense of age, but the she-cat seemed so capable to him that it was obvious she should've had an apprentice by now.

I put in the pictures, you put in the time
You put all those memories so deep inside my mind
