Name: Stonepaw -> Stonejaw
Age: 6 moons
Gender: Tom
Clan: TreeClan
Rank: Apprentice
Picture: Gallery
Description: Even at six moons, Stonepaw is already showing signs of becoming a strong warrior. He has a large build, and he’s growing into his paws nicely. Already his muscle definition is building, and will continue to build as he enters his warrior training. As an adult, he’ll make a powerful warrior.
His coat is a base of dark brown, with black classic tabby markings overlaying it. His fur is medium length and thick, enough to keep him warm in Leafbare with only a mild discomfort in Greenleaf. His eyes are a rich amber in color, highlighted by white markings right around the edges.
Description Summary: A bulky brown and black marbled tom with amber eyes.
Personality: Stonepaw is generally a happy apprentice, and how could he not be, given the family he was born into? He gained his father’s brave heart and his mother’s fiery will. A strong and independent apprentice, Stonepaw isn’t afraid of doing things by himself. He doesn’t need someone to cling to, and he even shows initiative by doing things he sees needs to be done without being told to do so.
When it comes to family, there is nothing more important to him. He’d do anything to protect them, especially for his sisters, Lionpaw and Firepaw, even if that means sneaking out of camp to makes sure Lionpaw doesn’t get into too much trouble.
He’s not a very rebellious cat, but he did inherit a lot of his mother’s fire. He’s very passionate and experiences emotion perhaps at a slightly higher level than most. He stands by his values and isn’t afraid to speak up when he sees something that goes against his concept of right. Justice for wrongdoings is important to him, even when it’s pointed back at him.
While generally amicable and easy to get along with, there is one member of his family that makes him uneasy: Pineneedle. He doesn’t know what exactly it is, but something about his mother’s brother makes him uncomfortable. So far, subtle avoidance tactics have worked, but it’s only a matter of time before he uncovers the truth.
History: Stonepaw was born to Emberstorm and Thornstrike along with two sisters, Lionkit and Firekit. Born first, he quickly stepped into his role as big brother, becoming their protector, their guardian. From his parents and extended family, he knew no shortage of love, and he reflects that love back to those around him. Despite being the oldest, he’s not really the troublemaker; he leaves that to his sisters. He does, however, tag along with their schemes, just to keep them safe and out of too much trouble, even going so far as to follow Lionpaw outside of the camp when they were kits. The warrior that picked them up wasn’t too happy, and their parents were even less so. After their scolding, though, Emberstorm cuddled them and explained that the only reason she had lost her temper was because of her worry and fear for their safety, and he knew, and hoped Lionkit knew, that Emberstorm still loved them. Now that he’s an apprentice, he’s eager to start learning, and cannot wait for the day when he’s strong enough to properly protect his family and his Clan.
