To give you all a little help with territory suggestions, below is an explanation of MAJOR VALLEY CHANGES that we can build Clan territories and unique locations around.
Formerly StarClan's Claws, the great stone spires have collapsed inward, toppling into the river and creating a beautiful waterfall from their bones.
The earthquake has shaken the valley to its foundation, impacting water levels. The former territory of NightClan and the boundary shared with TreeClan have now become a swamp. The flooding is seasonal, drying out into hunting grounds over the summer moons.
A massive ravine has split the valley like a wound, stretching from the heart of TreeClan's territory and into StoneClan's. The ravine is mossy and lush, with a small creek running through it. Further south into the former StoneClan's territory, the ravine gets drier. Steeper.
Perhaps the least effected of the five territories, the hilly grasslands at the base of the mountains has successfully weathered the worst of the earthquake. The ground of LightningClan's former encampment has become too soft to support the elaborate den systems they are used to.
The river, a great force of nature within the valley, still persists. The earthquake has unsettled the trees in the area, and a natural canopy or 'archway' is formed by the tilted trees lining some of its banks like a ribcage. It flows into the gully waterfall Where the river branches towards the sodden pine forests of NightClan's former territory, the trees are more gnarled, as if warped by the passage of time.
WHAT WE STILL NEED
The Moon Tree and its cavern did not survive the earthquake. Can you find a sacred place for the Clans to continue their faith?
The ravine has severed the river's connection to the eastern side of the map. New water sources for this area will be necessary to support Clan life!
The rest of the map still needs to be 'filled in', please post your suggestions for anything you think might fit in with these major changes!
