Fallen Antler of Winter Stag could not be more bored, ever so bored, with standing guard at the entrance to their camp. She knows that she should be paying attention. Oh, she knows. However, her eyes went from the rocky terrain, to the clouds in the sky.

Oh! The clouds. One was quite large, and looked like the mountain top. Another seem to be a chasing bird... no wait. That is a bird. Antler's eyes followed the winged beasts around the sky, back and forth, back and forth. She watched it swoop down from afar, and come up the ground with something in it's claws. She knew it was not a cat, the bird was large, and it's prey was very small, and all of their kits were in camp. She had no worries.

At least the day out was nice, but she deathly wished for company. She sighed and wrapped her tail around her paws. Internally, she begged for a replacement, so she could go bathe, or eat! Eating seemed very appealing to her. Her stomach made a purr in agreement. Yes, food would be nice.

She hated this part of her position as a cave-guard, standing guard in front of camp. What she enjoyed was going out with the prey hunters. It was entertaining, to watch these small, agile cats bring down birds seemingly three times their size. It was always better then this. Anything, was better then this.
