Warrior
Description:
With thick grey fur and warm, glowing yellow eyes, Ashfang is quite a sight to behold from across the border at night. Like a shadow, he glides through his territory on silent paws, which stem from bulky legs, and his tail weaves behind him like a thick, furry snake. His haunches and torso are covered in that same thick, dense fur, giving him the appearance of being soft, but in fact, muscles ripple beneath that pelt from moons of training. His muzzle is narrower than most and pokes out a bit further, and his black nose is wide-set. His eyes are round and yellow, and his ears round nicely into points with thin tufts of fur on each tip.

Description Summary:
A thick, grey-furred tom with warm yellow eyes.
A thick, grey-furred tom with warm yellow eyes.
Personality:
Ashfang is by no means the "baby" of the litter. He has his own way of asserting himself, both within his family and outside of it, and you'd better believe that if he has an opinion he thinks you should hear, you're going to hear it. His fierce loyalty to the Clan is seldom outmatched, and he won't be happy with a decision made unless it best benefits NightClan, although he will agree to lesser plans to avoid inter-Clan fighting.
Ashfang hasn't lost his kit-like mischief, straying from NightClan territory on numerous occasions, for he has no fear of the unknown. He may even start a fight if no one's there to mediate.
From one end of the extreme emotions comes the other, softer end. Although Ashfang isn't a fan of letting that side of him show, lest it makes him appear weak in front of his enemies, he does care about his Clan and his family, and he's made many friends due to his empathetic nature (that he really only shows in the confines of NightClan's Camp).

History:
Ashfang was the last kit in a litter of three to parents Starlingcry and Dimstar, the Leader of NightClan at the time. You'd think that they'd have had a perfect life, but life for the kits was more difficult than it appeared. Their parents were not romantically involved, and Ashkit believed himself to be an "accident" (which he still refers to himself as from time to time, "the best accident to have happened"), and due to their strained relationship, to cope, Ashkit often acted out, normal kit mischief and the likes.
His Apprenticeship was quite normal, but as a new Warrior, Dimstar began pushing for breeding bans and regulations, and he couldn't be more against it. He spoke out against it to anyone that would hear him, and though he realized he was a product of strength, not love, he wanted other cats to be able to love whomever they desired. From the moment Dimstar started pushing these regulations, Ashfang began avoiding him, but still respected his father immensely.
When Dimstar died that Newleaf, it hit Ashfang hard. He snapped and jabbered at any cat that asked if he was okay, but he took comfort in the fact that cats were free to love whom they wished again.
When Sootfeather died bearing her kits, it tore Ashfang apart, much more than his father's death had. For days, he refused to talk to anyone but his brother and mother, but he soon realized that her kits were an extension of himself, and he strove to get close to them, for it would remind him of his late sister. Now, he's all but recovered from his grief, and his family ties have only grown stronger.
