Description: As a Singapura, the first trait one might note about Snail is his size. This underwhelming feline stands at seven inches to the shoulder and weighs only eight pounds; it wouldn't be unusual to mistake him for a lost apprentice. As for more specific looks, he harbors a tabby-patterned coat with soil ticking that alternates with cream-colored furs. He is one to maintain this silky pelt in order to keep a clean image from nose to tail. One could accurately identify his primping as vanity. The tom is also equipped with a structure typical of his breed - a round head, blunt muzzle, and large, almond-shaped eyes. These large discs of sight are usually the topic that comes up second when first meeting Snail; the irises hold a gentle olive color that contrasts well with his pin needle pupils. Overall, this Singapura is a short and stocky cat that seems rather unthreatening to the eye.
Description Summary: A small, short-furred, brown ticked tabby tom with large olive eyes.
Personality:
THE GOOD - Snail is one of the most out-going, friendly cats you will ever come across. His courtesy is hard to match. In even the most stressful situations, it seems the tom knows exactly what to say and how to say it. The small feline has a gift for judging character and knowing when things are past saving. When it comes to picking sides, he is neutral in most everything as to leave no one sore. He will help those in need whenever he is able - sometimes even going out of his way to fix a problem for someone else. Most would say he is a loner with a golden heart, but most would be wrong.
THE BAD - Did I say friendly? I meant manipulative. Snail runs on a give-and-take basis; if he helps you, then in the future he expects something in return. "Friends" are something that the male simply doesn't have; he only keeps assets or investments. The truth of the matter is he only looks out for himself. If one word had to summarize the feline it would be: selfish. He isn't above making deals with the dirtiest creatures or robbing a nest of a kit if there is something that can be gained. He is truly a fox in cat's clothing.
THE UGLY - Snail isn't big by any means; he certainly couldn't hold his own in a fight with the average warrior. But is he helpless? Far from it. Where his size fails his intelligence takes over. The tom is an expert at reading a scene and the subjects involved. With a quick wit and silver tongue, he is able to gracefully saunter from nearly any situation. When things don't go his way, however, pride doesn't hold him back - he'll be happy to take a loss than stay for a beating. In essence, Snail is a cat who makes his living based on trust and promises; they get sold to the highest bidder.
History: It all started out in the best of conditions. A warm spring day, a cozy den among the roots, and a single, healthy kit wailing for milk. Dee was a new mother, but Snail had been her pride and joy. He received every ounce of love one could ever ask for from a parent. To say he was coddled was an understatement; however, the young tom had no complaints about it. Life was good. Perfect even. The tyke grew to have grand dreams and aspirations about the world they lived in - a world where peaceful nights were possible. Where a kit could fall asleep to the humming of their mother and have no fear. It was a beautiful notion, but foolish all the same. Snail was never prepared for how harsh the world could be. He was nine moons when his first winter rolled around. Things went fine for the first few weeks, but everything went downhill fast when Dee began coughing. Merely days later and the young tom was left alone with a very important lesson learned; the world did not care for the single mothers nor the innocent youth. If you didn't look out for yourself, then a cruel death would snap you up without a second thought.
