Gentle paws carried the large tom in the direction of the Sun Stones, stopping just before the marked border so as to not upset any Lightningclan patrols that may be around. It was difficult to imagine the stones now belonged to another clan,or rather it was difficult to accept. This was the place where he and his mentor had discussed his blossoming affections for Flowerpaw back when he was just an apprentice. It would have also been the place where he confessed his love for Flowerpaw too had she not been killed.
Now, there were paws of cats from another clan constantly defiling the territory he knew fondly and he wasn't sure how to deal with it. Cloversong let out a soft sigh, mulling over the options in his head but he quickly realized there wasn't a thing he could do on his own. If he really wanted to, he could try moving the border back but he had a sneaking suspicion that he wouldn't be able to get very far without being attacked by a patrol. Said patrol could probably alert Firestar of his attempts and things could rapidly descend into a bloody and brutal war which was the last thing he wanted to be known for.
With a heavy heart, the thick-furred tom backed up a bit more from the border before the sound of a light, peppy voice met his ears, causing him to turn back around curiously.
A small black she-cat walked side by side with a tabby and white she-cat that looked just a bit bigger than her. From what Cloversong could see, the black female seemed to be happily chattering away about something or another.
"This is actually my first time coming to the Sun Stones since we managed to capture it. I don't really know why, but I've just never really felt all that comfortable going here before. Maybe it's because it still feels like the Sun Stones belong to Stoneclan. Still, I thought it would be cool to check this place out with you, hope you don't mind me asking you to come with." Batpaw mewled out, turning to look at Cloudypaw for just a moment before noticing the large, white tom on the other side of the border, her dark fur seeming to bristle almost immediately at the sight of him.
