Come on now I hear you're feeling down Well, I can ease your pain And get you on your feet again
The sun was just starting to peak up at the bases of the trees from where ever it rose each morning. The sky held pale colors of pink, blue and purple as light started to lick across the inky blackness of night. The last shimmers of Silverpelt and the moon were winking away in the rising morning sky. It was early, even though the Dawn Patrol was already probably out and about, patrolling the borders of Nightclan, most likely.
The small, sandy brown tom had been up for quite a while, even before the sun started to push the moon from the sky. Treeclan was low on herbs and the young Medicine Cat had sent Honeypaw out to gather some more. Of course, there were the complaints of: "But the sun isn't even up yet!" The eerie tom did not have any of it, and sent her off to find herbs anyways. Though now, he sorely wished he had gone instead of her.
Honeypaw had been dealing with Skyfall, since the white tom had landed himself in the care of both cats for the past several days or so. Of course, the older and more experienced tom had dealt with all the herbs and treatments of Skyfall's wounds, but Honeypaw had been the one to make sure he was eating, sleeping and moving his shoulder so it wouldn't become stiff with lack of use. Treeclan would not benefit from having a dead-limbed warrior.
After sorting what little herbs he had left, Littletimber pulled himself from his den and padded over to where Honeypaw had made a fresh nest for Skyfall during his rather long visit in his den. At least Skyfall wasn't loud, or annoying when it came to much. That was one thing Littletimber was... non-emotional about, though if he possesed emotions he would be rather pleased with it.
Skyfall was merely a ball of white fur as the small medicine cat approached, darting a small paw out to poke into the warrior's flank, near his wounded shoulder. Not that he was a bad Medicine Cat, but he wanted to see the reaction to such a sensitive place, to judge how well Honeypaw's therapy had been working out with Skyfall before he started on his own methods.
With a snort, the near mute tom opened his jaws to let his high pitch voice echo around the Medicine Cat clearing. "Wake up."

He'd been dreaming again. Of a pretty white she-cat, who resembled his sister, though he knew it wasn't her. Where Swandive retained a fiery personality, always looking to tease or run into some sort of trouble, the angel of his dreams was farm more gentle, like an early morning breeze. She was captivating, and always managed to grab his attention whenever she walked by. Of course, the same thing happened outside of this dream world. But he hadn't seen her outside for quite some time now, and the pinprick of worry he felt for her had managed to weasel its way into his dream.
Dream-Skyfall had been forced to watch as she padded away, unable to move his paws. Trapped by some unseen force, he had tried so very desperately to call to her, to get her to turn around and come back. But soon enough, he was alone, feeling like the world was trying to crush him completely. The shadows seemed to be alive, ever so slowly creeping towards him, enveloping the forest in pitch black. But this was unlike the darkness of the night. This seemed... Heavier, more unnatural. And it raised a panic within the white furred tom.
A sudden flash of white across his vision and an involuntary, but sharp gasp were what startled him from his dream. Mismatched eyes shot open, pupils dilating and contracting in an attempt to adjust to the change in light. His whole body was tense as his head was hauled into the air. Disoriented and still sore from the sudden jab to his shoulder, the tom winced before glancing around, blinking a few times to try and clear his sleep-foggy head. Even when his eyes landed on the TreeClan medicine cat standing beside him, it took him another moment for it all to fall in place.
"...Littletimber?" His voice was hoarse, as though he really had been screaming. His body relaxed slightly, though he shifted himself so that he relieved the pressure he'd inadvertently put onto his shoulder when he'd scrambled awake. It was almost as though he could still feel the fox's teeth sinking into his skin, tightening as the beast prepared to shake him viciously. He stifled a yawn as it threatened to part his jaws, slowly easing into a more comfortable position. "What in the name of StarClan is it? Dawn has barely broken outside." He wasn't even sure the dawn patrol would have left yet. @ghostlight

Come on now I hear you're feeling down Well, I can ease your pain And get you on your feet again
Watching the other tom wake with such a start made the tiny tom take a small step back to avoid getting hit with any flailing limbs that might be prone to happening from such a rude awaking, as it were. There was a small ear twitch as the Medicine Cat watched as Skyfall relaxed back into his body after his startled fit from being removed so quickly from dreaming. It wasn't hard to wonder what he was dreaming about, since there had been several times were the white tom had been talking in his sleep. Though Lionstar had asked him to check on Gentlebreeze several times, there was nothing that the tiny, emotionless tom could do to mentally and emotionally heal the broken she-cat. Time and comfort were really the only things that she needed. As hard as it was for Lionstar, Skyfall, Brokensong and Adderstrike to accept that fact, it was true nonetheless. Moving away from the thought of the broken queen, Littletimber turned his numb-like attention back to the healing warrior laying near his tiny, sandy brown paws. If he held emotions, amusement would be the first thing to flash through his mind, at Skyfall's annoyed tone with being awoken so early in the day. However, he lack such emotions and instead stared blankly at Skyfall with his eerie, teal blue eyes that unnerved so many cats. He gave that creepy head tilt of his, keeping his eyes trained on the duel eyed, white tom in-front of him. "You want to return to the Warrior's Den, wont you?" He asked dully, though a normal cat might have been extremely sarcastic, but alas, not Littletimber. Continuing without his patient's voice of answer, the tiny tom turned his back, thin tail waving around behind him as he spoke in his high pitched voice once more, over his small shoulder. "Start your exercises. You'll be returning to light duty today." He continued, sure that Lionstar would be pleased to have an able warrior back.

Skyfall snorted softly, a smirk breaking his features slightly. He knew the medicine cat was right. Though some cats might be unsettled by Littletimber or his behaviour, Skyfall didn't really feel the same way. It was obvious to the white warrior that the other tom was... Different. The lack of any emotions whatsoever tended to give that little tidbit away. But did Skyfall think any less of the medicine cat because of that? No. He respected Littletimber's skill, and thought anyone who made predisposed judgments towards TreeClan's medicinal tom needed to reevaluate their priorities. Littletimber had more than proven himself, showing he was capable of performing his duties.
At the order from the younger tom, Skyfall grunted softly. His jaws parted in a yawn, but he made a sound of acknowledgment. "Of course, my apologies. I'm not exactly a morning cat most days. It is plain to see, however, that you are." He chuckled softly, slowly pulling himself to his large paws. He balanced precariously on three paws for a moment, a little concerned about how his shoulder would handle the weight. Slowly, he lowered it, easing onto it, feeling the dull ache that had grown familiar to him over the past few days.
Soon enough, he was able to lower himself into a sort of stretch, mainly just to wake up the rest of his body. It felt good, a satisfied purr escaping him at the motion. Getting up was a little more difficult, but thankfully, he was up again soon. Figuring that he should get a move on, he dropped to his haunches and lifted the paw of his injured shoulder. He slowly stretched it forward, reaching out as far as he could before circling back to the ground. And then it began again. Out, to the ground, back to normal.
Next, he rose to all four paws, stepping sideways slowly. He crossed a paw over the other, continuing the motion until he couldn't side-step any further in the den. And then he began the other way. By this point, sleep had slipped away, and his muscles were waking up, making each movement easier. He redid the first stretch, noticing he could reach further than before. From there, he began to just shift his weight, letting his shoulders each ease into the movements. He knew that he was forgetting one of his stretches, but for the life of him, he couldn't remember.

Come on now I hear you're feeling down Well, I can ease your pain And get you on your feet again
Eerie, emotionless teal blue eyes watched as the white warrior worked on his exercises. At the rate he was moving and showing improvement, he could have been out of here days ago. However, the small tom had decided to keep him longer just in-case he decided to do something foolish to wretch his shoulder and land him back here with the Medicine Cats.
Thin tail flickered as each exercise was completed and repeated with different lengths of shoulder movement. He seemed to be doing all well, except the one he was forgetting. Littletimber let it slide for a moment, watching as the white warrior found himself enjoying the fact that he could do more and more. Such emotions were dull to the tom who felt no emotions, but found that others relied on the so heavily.
After a couple more moments of Skyfall completing another round of repetitive moves, the sandy brown tom opened his maw to speak. "You are forgetting one." Of course, he wasn't about to wait to let the warrior figure out which one, that would take too long for Littletimber and take away time to asses if his damage was healed or not.
Littletimber didn't feel like being here all day, wasting daylight to find herbs that his stock was in need of. Though he figured he could have sent Pinkpaw with Honeypaw this early morning when she didn't want to wake before dawn. But he figured she'd need all day to find the herbs that were scattered across Treeclan's territory.
"Crouch, Jump, Twist, Land." Littletimber instructed in his odd voice, that oddly matched his odd little body. This, had been by far, the hardest one for Skyfall to do, as it relied on him using his should a lot, and at the beginning of his therapy, he couldn't complete a single one.
Could he pass this exercise, Littletimber would be sending him to Thunderclaw and Lionstar to start his first day back with some duties such as patrol or light hunting. Taking it easy wasn't something he agreed with, if he wanted Skyfall to take it easy, he'd keep him in his den and have him help Honeypaw with the elders and herb gathering.

[smear:4e91dd]Skyfall[/smear:000000] ~~~~~~~~~
The voice he'd been growing accustom to suddenly cut into his concentration just then. Straightening and turning to face the medicine cat, his ears pricked, wondering if the brown medicine cat would give him any clues. Turns out Littletimber was going to give him more than just a clue. Skyfall bobbed his head when the maneuver was said. He was a little unsure of that one, not sure if his shoulder would be able to take it. But if Littletimber thought it was a good idea then... Well there wasn't much that he could do, now was there? It was important he be able to serve the Clan again as soon as he could.
Rising to his paws and giving his shoulder another roll to loosen up, he let instinct take over. Easing himself lower, he let his shoulders take his weight. It took him a moment to attain a proper hunter's crouch, but eventually, he managed it without too much of an ache. What he was really worried about, however, was the jump. Muscles bunched throughout his legs, the only complaint coming from the healing scratches all along his flank. With a release, he launched upwards slightly.
The twist gave him some difficulty. Muscles that hadn't been used properly for some time groaned in complaint, and his landing was a little sloppy, but he did manage to catch himself. With a grunt of effort, he shook out his coat, straightening slowly. With a chuckle, his mismatched eyes glanced over at Littletimber while he picked up his injured shoulder to give it a good stretch. "Well. I can't say that that was the most graceful of leaps I've ever made, but... Not too bad. Not overly painful either, which, if you ask me, is a bonus." He fell silent and awaited the medicine cat's words.

Come on now I hear you're feeling down Well, I can ease your pain And get you on your feet again
Though the action through which the white warrior moved and acted on his last exercise was a bit sloppy and uncoordinated, he still managed to pull it off with only the slightest of winces on his face, but his two colored eyes were bright as he was happy with the results in which he did.
The Medicine Cat's tail twitched only slightly as he kept his eyes keen to that shoulder that was still healing. While he believed that Skyfall could have done a better jump, twist than that, he wasn't going to make him constantly repeat such a dreary exercise, but would continue to expect him to work on that shoulder in his spare time.
Under his watch, the eerie tom believed that Skyfall was ready to go back to his duties as a warrior, though light duties were to be implied, it was also dually noted that most warriors ignored the 'lightly' part of the instructions and continued to go head on into their full duties. Littletimber would only say his warning once.
And if Skyfall should fail to listen, then the Medicine Cat would force him to deal with the consequences.
With a nod of his head, Littletimber let his high pitched voice echo around his den's clearing. "You may return to light duties. Border Patrols and helping the apprentices." He was sure that Skyfall wasn't going to be too thrilled, he figured that was the emotion, to be told to help the apprentices when he was a fully grown warrior well into his moons.
"No hunting until later." Of course, like stated before, he was a warrior, "If you injure your shoulder again, then you can deal with it yourself."
There was his warning.
Littletimber was not about to put up with foolish warriors who didn't listen to their Medicine Cats. He would send Honeypaw to check on his shoulder, once, every night before the white tom would go to sleep.
"I want at least one shoulder exersize done a night. Now," Littletimber swept his tail out of the den, and pointed towards Thunderclaw and Lionstar, "Go find a patrol to go on." And with that said, the tom turned and disappeared into his den, preparing to list out herbs he had and which he didn't.
